Celestial Theme & Colors

Nikki, on May 19, 2023 at 1:38 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 14

I want a Romantic Rustic Starry Night Wonderland Theme that is either going to take place in the Fall or early Winter! The colors I haven’t really decided on but the colors that I want are Burgundy, Silver, Navy, Dusty Blue, and some hints of Rose Gold and Gold! I kinda want a Beauty and Beast theme, but mixed it up with this idea of mine, I need some opinions on what some other people think about it and see if they might have anymore ideas to go along with what I kinda had in mind.

The colors sound beautiful. I would pick one aesthetic and expand that. Do you want the star aesthetic or the library aesthetic? Decide what fits you as a couple and do a search on Pinterest for ideas.

I think a library, or some type of conservatory.
I was looking at a museum that hosts wedding and even had an option for the planetarium.

For beauty and the beast were you thinking color wise, or expand on the library portion of Belle. Put faces on dishes, and furniture 😂

Personal opinion: I would choose a singular theme and stick to it. Anytime I see people trying to combine multiple themes, it usually ends up getting muddied and confusing, and neither themes really come through clearly.

That seems like a lot going on. Problem with theme weddings is it can take the appearance of a kids birthday. I would google the images you like without attaching a theme to it

Silver candelabras, blue tablecloths, blue or teal uplighting, baroque style venue. Bridal Cape.

Or twinkle lights overhead, burgundy roses, tealights, colored linens. Dark, moody room.

Or ballroom gown, dance on a cloud, stars lighting projected on ceiling or walls. Branches as centerpieces with pin lights.

Or multiple chandeliers suspended in outdoor venue in the night sky, under trees, Gown with all-over sparkles.

Alyssa, I was thinking color-wise of using the colors for beauty and the beast, but I also like the winter wonderland theme. You know that snow scene in Beauty and the Beast? That's what I am going for.

Cece, Have you ever seen Beauty and the Beast? If you have, do you remember that snow scene, because that's what I am going for?

LM, Have you ever seen Beauty and the Beast? If you have, do you remember that snow scene, because that's what I am going for, plus some stars like the night sky in that scene. Also, I like your other ideas as well.

The wolves scene or the daytime snowball fight? Ah, I was thinking movie markers like architecture design, candelabras, chandeliers, tiaras, capes, ballgowns, velvet, and colors. I think the tree branches for centerpieces and the smoke machine for first dance may still work.

The daytime snowball fight but at night instead. I like your idea of candelabras, chandeliers, colors, and possibly velvet materials. I definitely like the idea of using tree branches for centerpieces and the smoke machine for the first dance!
