Feel better! Most colds pass in 3-5 days so hopefully you’ll be much improved by the wedding, at least! Lots of vitamin C, ginger tea, and elderberry syrup. And SLEEP.

Oh no! Get as much rest as you can, and drink ALL THE LIQUIDS! When we are sick (which is very rare), we have a whole routine of cleaning our sheets & bath towels, cleaning our bathroom & kitchen, disinfecting water bottles & phones (and other random things like computers) and that seems to help. We take emergenC (or something similar) and eat as many fruits/vegetables/healthy foods as we can. I'm a big fan of nutritional IV if you have an IV spa close to you!
