cathedral veil on carpet

Hey Ladies!

So I have an extended cathedral veil and the church is carpeted. The bridal store also has carpet and when i walked with the veil it felt like i was dragging it because it was stuck on the carpet. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, what was your solution?

It all depends on the type of carpet! Mine was cathedral and our church is carpeted. It's a medium pile, smooth carpet in the church, so I didn't have any issues. Maybe take your veil to the church and try it out?

I second trying it out in the church first. If it still drags, consider having one of your bridesmaids, or even your MOH, walk behind you holding your veil.
