Catering

Danielle, on January 20, 2019 at 10:43 AM Posted in Planning 0 7

Does anyone have any catering suggestions? I've been trying to think of things that may be a little different/cheaper but I don't want it to look tacky or my guests to be disappointed by the food. If anyone has any catering recommendations for the Orlando area too that would be great!

Were doing bbq it's super cheap and the guys will serve it like at the restaurant.

I did however see an episode of I want that wedding where the couple saved tons on the food by getting fried chicken and sides from a local fast food restaurant and just serving it on nice glass plates 🤷‍♀️

Were doing bbq as well I think it’s all in the presentation. We’re still getting the pretty dishes and hiring servers

What about Olive Garden or one of your favorite chain restaurants?

You can usually get BBQ, Mexican or Italian for around $10pp!

Where I live we have the grocery store Hyvee, they do catering. We were able to do buffet for $17PP. Two main dishes, and 4 sides.

See if you have something like that near you.

Hello! Depending on your venue and how it is set up I would recommend food trucks! They can be super cost effective, add a really cool flair, and gives you so many options! You can do tacos, pizza, ice cream, and then have scattered tables and high tops!

We’re doing 4Rivers because it’s good, filling, and mostly every knows the food/is comfortable with it. Nothing fancy, but definitely comforting.
