Catering Question

I've honestly never had any toppings on my mac and cheese other than bacon!

We had a *wonderful* mac and cheese on our honeymoon that had pulled pork, cole slaw, and panko bread crumbs

I would love seeing bread crumbs as a topping!

This looks so delicious!

The venue my daughter and her husband had their reception did a custom mac-n -cheese bar for us. It was mac-n-cheese with a house-made sauce comprised of gouda, cheddar and pecorino cheeses. The extras were:

-chopped bacon

-smoked chicken

-house made tasso ham

-grated gouda

-pickled jalapenos

-fresh herb mix

It was a huge hit!!

Chicken, sausage (like little cocktail ones), bacon, onions, chilli, chives, fried chicken, sauces (hot & bbq are my fav), spinach, pulled pork, pickles

We've been to a few different places with mac n cheese bars & they're delicious! endless combos!

We are doing Mac&cheese as part of our buffet style dinner. We are having two types a 4 cheese with a bread crumb topping and a bbq one which is the 4 cheese on with added chicken bacon and bbq sauce drizzle.

Don't forget green onions and maybe even chili!!!
