Catering problems

We found out today after having our coordinator call with some questions that our caterer, the Bull and Bear in Syracuse, NY, lost our contract and they also planned to raise prices of our meals by a considerable amount without informing us. Has anyone else had catering problems like this one? So stressed because our wedding is coming up soon.

We have already contacted another caterer and we plan to go with their services instead. The original place said they would refund us our money if we didn't need their services anymore.
