So after my post the other day, we have FINALLY narrowed down our caterers to 3! One of the catering companies is "full service" where (according to our venue as they are a preferred vendor) they will clean up plates and take out the trash at the end. The other two (which are significantly cheaper but also the two tastiest) will set up the food and provide heavy duty disposable plates, utensils, napkins, etc. but they don't take out the trash at the end of the night and they don't go around picking up plates.
What services do your caterers provide? Do they clean up plates/take out trash?
