We tend to have people in Fhs family that rsvp yes & dont show up and his friends are the type to just pop up.
So im wondering if I should add a couple plates to the guestcount just in case or if I should give an exact number. Do caterers usually round up and prepare a few extra plates? Lol or do they only make food for the exact number of people.
Also fyi we are having buffet style food.
