Carribbean Honeymoon for under $4k?

FH and I are looking for a honeymoon in the Carribbean for a week for less than $4k - is this even possible? Everything I find that looks nice is $1k per night!

We're going to Cancun in January. We used cheapcarribean.com and the entire thing, airfare, hotel for the week, excursions, was $3,600. Food and drinks included too since it's an all inclusive!
