Carpet woes

I love the resort where we are having our wedding venue and we chose this newly built glass pavilion (chose it before it was fully built) that is indoors with AC but still has that outdoorsy/nature feel to it. The building itself is really pretty but, they put in dark brown indoor/outdoor carpet. I HATE carpet, but don't know if it will even be noticeable at nighttime and with all the decorations. Am I freaking out over nothing? I can always choose a different space at the resort but I love the glass wall aspect.

If it's dark brown and everyone has shoes on nobody will notice. Flooring tends to be shades brown and grey so it'll probably be a detail nobody will notice

I agree, nobody will notice. Don't get all stressed out over something you can't control, and is a minor detail anyway.
If the glass wall room is that impressive, nobody is going to be thinking about what's on the floor.

Hey Lauren! Congratulations on your engagement!
This totally depends on how much you dislike the carpet, and how much you love the rest of the space. Does one outweigh the other?
Personally, I think that none of your guests will notice the flooring, but will notice the beautiful glass walls that you have described. You may also feel totally different once the space has been decorated for your wedding, it’s very easy to notice the floor when it is merely a large open space, but once all of your decor has been added I don’t think you will notice it.
The glass walls sound absolutely beautiful! What style of wedding are you having?

I do think everything else will outweigh the carpet. I personally am more into wood, vinyl and concrete, but I'll get over it. We want a style that is romantic and earthy, modern, but with bohemian touches. I'd love to have a ton of greenery and flowers throughout the space.
