Hi everyone! We're having a hard time deciding on a honeymoon destination. We wanted to go to Maui, but it's such a long trip from the east coast. Looking for a safe and scenic island -- preferably a resort with beautiful grounds (pools, bars, palm trees, oceanview, etc.). We were thinking of staying at the Hilton in Aruba -- we're just not crazy about going to a desert. Recommendations welcomed!

Here are a few adults-only all-inclusive we are currently considering! I avoided any islands in the hurricane belt since our wedding is on the tail-end of hurricane season.

Aruba does have some desert areas, but it can be very lush and the lack of water means you don't have to worry about rain! The other ABC islands, Curacao and Bonaire, have a similar temperament.
