Can't log in on WeddingWire app

I recently got a new phone, a samsung galaxy s6, and downloaded the wedding wire app. When I try to log into my account on the app it says that my login information is incorrect. However, login information is correct and I've double checked this by logging into my account online and the e-mail/password combination worked on the computer. I tried to reset my password on the app and the e-mail came through to my inbox. I also tried changing my password using the computer browser and tried logging in again via the app but it still said the login information was incorrect. If anyone has any idea why this is happening or what I can do to fix it, if you could let me know that would be very appreciated,

    I have no idea what could be causing this! But if you're looking to try something before a moderator sees your post, I know sometimes when an app is malfunctioning, it can be helpful to delete it and download it again.

    Also, I know you said the login info is correct, but I also know I have difficulty inputting passwords on a phone touchscreen. It is somehow easier for me to hit the wrong key on the phone. Are you absolutely certain you're inputting the same password on your phone that you are on your computer? Is the WW app giving you the option to view the password you are inputting? Phone autocorrect can be sneaky and mean!

    Definitely try deleting the app and then redownloading. If it still doesn't work, support@weddingwire.com can troubleshoot this for you!

    Thank you. I will definitely try re-installing the app and yes I am positive I'm putting in the right password, I was being very very careful about it especially after the twelfth time lol.

    As as a vendor, I'm having the exact same problem. I cannot login to my App but my login email & password work perfect for the desktop.
