David's Bridal does carry a few dresses around $100. Also many Bridal Shops will let you order a Bridesmaid dress in white. I wanted to stay around $100 myself but couldn't find anything I liked or that looked right on me. I ended up getting a $600 dress for $300 from David's Bridal

I went to David's Bridal for their $99 sale. I ended up getting a dress that was $180. Still wayyy cheaper than most dresses, even though I technically went over my budget, lol.

You can try ASOS.com. They have plus sizes and some pretty nice gowns. Good luck!

Honestly, have you tried looking at white or ivory dresses that aren't labeled as "wedding dresses"? I had a friend that was wanting to keep her dress budget under control and she found one from the mall for 85 bucks. Granted it didn't have a train but she looked stunning and she said it was super comfortable!

Look at Kiyonna brand for plus sizes. I just saw a few on eBay for less than $100. I got mine from Poshmark for cheap!!!

If you've got time, keep your eye on David's Bridal's website and local bridal shops. I am a size 22/24 street size but my David's dress is a 26 (it was 99.00 online) and my second dress is an Allure dress as 28 I got for 99.00 as well from a local bridal shop. Both will need to be altered, but even with alterations for both dresses I'm looking at 350.00 total for both dresses and alterations. I noticed larger sizes 26 and 28 tend to drop drastically at local shops after the season changes. My biggest problem is my height. I'm 5'8 so both of my dresses are just long enough for me to wear a flat or the tiniest wedge. That sucks but my FH is shorter than me so it works out.
