Love the woods theme! I say number one, in my opinion it’s a great photo to show that you two are walking a long path together!

#2 is my favorite. #3 is a close second. For both of those photos, I like the hint of sunlight coming through from the right side. It makes the photo have a nice surrealism while the 1st photo has too much sun shining through and your beautiful faces aren't in the photo and the 4th one has too much focus on the top of the trees and not enough on the both of you.

As a large print or canvas, #1 or #3!!! Love the sun shining through that gorgeous forest.
