Can’t decide if i should get a belt?

I apologize as this is the best picture I have of me and my dress and I don’t have a picture of my veil and dress side by side but this is my dress and veil, I keep going back and forth on if I should get a sparkly belt or if it’ll be too much? Also, I know it’s not the best picture but does the veil look good with the dress? The dress has
sequins and the veil has a lace trim with rhinestones
