If you look under the Vendors tab and select Event Rentals, you should be able to find a few places that might have candelabras

As the pp mentioned, the vendor search tool is a great place to start your search! Here are the Michigan Wedding Rental companies that are listed.
I would suggest also checking out the pricing of candelabras on Amazon to make sure that renting is the cheapest option for you!
