Just curious if anyone has done this or known of anyone who has? I think that a wedding dress is such a big investment, it would be nice to get more than just one wear out of it. I am planning to go for an A-Line or Mermaid style dress (not a ballgown) - definitely something with a simple silhouette and minimal train. So was thinking that having it turned into something tea-length afterward might make it possible to wear again? And / or dyed? I'm not sure if this is an absolutely horrible idea, or if lots of people do it and I'm just not aware! Would welcome your input. Thanks!
