Can stop thinking about my big day

I sleep, eat and live for my big day. It's seven months away. Anyone feel the same way?

    That's where this wedding site is a life saver.... Or at least a friend saver! Hahah. I would have overloaded everyone with wedding excitement without this outlet. I am loving this planning process and I both can't wait for the actual day/not ready for all this fun to be over.

    Me too. I try to take breaks though because I don't want to let it consume me so much that I miss other parts of life. It's hard to do though!

    @ Brittany F

    How do you handle it when your FH doesn't want to help or discuss wedding details. My wedding date is 13 months away and I'm so pumped but I feel like it's too early to really plan anything!!! Help

    I was like this every day before the wedding and then up until recently after. It's subsiding but, I spend every second reliving it since it's happened. I can't wait to get my life back. lol

    Oh heck, Yeap! It's 7 months until our wedding and I can't stop brain storming and wanting to dump all my ideas on my FH and sisters! :-D

    I try to spare them, but eventually I end up dumbing on one or more before a month of planning gets up. LOL

    My wedding is next August 2017 and even though it sounds like a long time from now I feel like there is soooooo much to do. From the big things to the small details to the "should we have this"? It's endless because you want a special creative

    touch but not to be thinking 24/7. Everything has to get done by a certain time so it's time consuming researching vendors, reading reviews, customizing packages and my least favorite BUDGETING! I find it helpful sometimes to put it aside for a day or two to regain strength because it is overwhelming if you don't have a wedding planner. I hate when vendors make it sound like you're losing a deal if you don't book right away.

    I eat, sleep and breathe wedding. FH is just as excited ( he wanted to get married December, 17th) but I thought I would've took longer to plan our wedding so I pushed it back. Now that almost everything is done I regret not sticking with December. I'm ready to marry the man of my dreams.

    @Antonette

    It has been rough. But occasionally he will step up. (He designed our invitations and is doing most of the website) We are agreeing on one day a week for wedding stuff. Beyond that, I made some friends with wedding dates around the same time as mine to cope.

    @sholanda B.

    Date twins!! :+)

    These months are going to FLY by from here! I'm always thinking about SOMETHING wedding related.....daily! Lol

    I'm still pinning down my florist so this gives my time to get a few quotes, meet a few people. I'm going to meet a seamstress in a few weeks to be sure I like her that still leaves time to meet a few so I'm sure! :+)

    What I'm thinking of doing soon are HMU trials.....but yes wedding brain all the time!! Haha

    I'm excited, but I don't think about it 24/7. I go through spells where I don't care about my wedding much and spells I think about it a lot. I try not to make it a huge deal all the time, because it'll come and go quickly!

    My advice is to make sure not to forget the rest of your life! It got like that for me sometimes and then when it's over you are like wtf happened to the last 9 months! It goes by so fast and you are left with your life as it was before planning. Except you have a husband now!

    Sholanda and Harleybeachbride - date twins!

    I'm really excited for the wedding. This site keeps me sane and from talking other people's ears off about the wedding. haha
