    I went to one bridal show, and I did see plenty of moms with the little little babies there. I didn't see any kids running around, though.

    I call troll. In the event that you are serious do you really want your three month old, who's immune system has barely had time to develop, around God knows how many people carrying who knows what germs? I'm sure there will be another bridal show.

    @Zzil

    Kids are sometimes already in daycare by that point. They're hardier than you think.

    I wouldnt, its much easier to get sick and you'll have your hands full already.

    Goodness, someone brought their baby, stroller, and an entourage to the one i went to last weekend. it took up a lot of space and was ridiculous. please don't bring your kid if you don't have to.

    @Janeen, I realize that daycare takes kids much earlier than 3 months. I think they start at 6 weeks. Daycare centers also are not supposed to keep sick kids in order to keep the other children healthy. I have two kids and am NOT a helicopter parent, but there's no way I would take a three month old to a bridal show. Daycare centers which can be a necessity to keep working and going to a bridal show are apples and oranges.

    Edit: @ Miss to Mrs, OP is talking about a bridal show, not a bridal shower.

    @Miss to Mrs shes asking about a Bridal Show, open to the public. not a Bridal Shower. a shower is fine but a show is chaos and loud and full of people eating food then touching things, sneezing, shaking hands. i got sick after visiting one and was only there 1.5 hours.

    Yeah a shower is a different matter entirely but a show - depending on your venue and the amount of brides there, it gets really crowded.

    @Zzil, I guess we just disagree. I took my son out in public all the time and by 3 months he'd already gone on a business trip with me (as in on a plane). They're born with maternal immunity that lasts for about 6 weeks and begin building up their own at birth. My son, who has been in daycare since 7 weeks, is almost never sick. In other words, I think the baby would be fine....It might just be a little busy and loud for a tiny baby.

    I personally wouldn't do it. I'd rather enjoy the show than have to have my attention divided between a baby and everything else going on. But if you have no other option, I don't think it will be a problem. Just as long as you take her out of the area when she gets fussy so she doesn't bother everyone else.

    @Miss to Mrs, she said its a bridal show, not bridal shower, but if your MOH is throwing you a bridal show, can she be my MOH, too - that'd be totally awesome lol

    Highly recommend you not do this. Bridal expos are a lot of fun. You won't be able to really enjoy yourself.
