Can i add sleeves?

I'm sure sleeves can be added. You can even probably make them detachable. Beautiful dress!!

It totally depends on the structure of the off the shoulder. It might be no problem, or the way it is structured may have unsightly pulling/seaming if you were to remove the off he shoulder to add a regular sleeve.

If I were you, I would ask to add the sleeve just from the off the shoulder part to the wrist, so leaving your back/shoulders out. You could even do a mesh-type sleeve for a bit of warmth and coverage (and to avoid the issue of trying to match the fabric exactly) without it being a true sleeve and it would look very elegant!

You can also do gloves. Full and fingerless gloves in pearl, tulle, mesh have been very popular (read also affordable) in the past couple of years and can still cover your arms. From a google search:

DONT DO IT! You look beautiful in the off shoulder!! I personally wanted off the shoulder too because i DID NOT want sleeves, and off the shoulder look kind of provides a little coverage! Embrace your arms! honestly you have nothing to be self conscious about. Sleeves are hot! and restrictive. I know a lot of gowns can look great with sleeves but i personally would not want them. Honestly its up to you! your beautiful with or without.
