Calling Pittsburgh Brides with Cookie Tables

Victoria, on March 7, 2018 at 7:51 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 5

What are you having for your guests to take the cookies? We had originally planned on not doing a cookie table but instead doing them as favors so I bought 3x3 white boxes to put 3 cookies in per guest. Now that we've decided to do the cookie table and will have literally over a thousand cookies I need something else.

I was thinking of doing just plain white paper lunch bags and putting a thank you sticker on them. I like the tin-tie bakery bags, but not with the windows and I can't find them at an affordable price (under $20 for 100). I thought of larger boxes, but if we put them together and set them out they'd take up too much room, and we don't want the guests to have to assemble them. Any other ideas?

Hi! I’m having a cookie table! We ended up going wth white bags that have a window in them. They were from Amazon and about $16 for 100 bags. I’m getting married in FL (live here now) but I don’t anticipate guests taking more than a few cookies each, or they can use two bags. We were also debating on getting a cute sticker but I’m not sure yet if we are.

This also serves as our favor. Guests are not required to take any but bags will be put out at the cookie table after cake cutting. We don’t want people to fill their bags too early and not leave any cookies for dessert.
