Calling my Disney Brides!

Courtney, on October 12, 2019 at 4:28 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 1 15
We aren't getting married at Disney, but we are going to incorporate small details into the actual wedding. We are going to Disney for our honeymoon for a week!

I saw a bride post this on a FB group I'm in and I actually like the idea. She walked down the aisle to part of the Happily Ever After MK fireworks soundtrack. They opened the doors after the speaking part and when the music began. I would stop at 2:15. What do you think of this? I hope I can get the link to work. https://youtu.be/_xb0gl6zak4

The link is not working but im sure it lovely for walking down the isle. I'm having a beauty and the beast wedding. I have a violinist playing Disney songs before I walk down the isle for the guest and when its time for the wedding party to walk down she is going to play Turing Pages by sleeping at last. Its the song Bella from twilight walked down the isle too lol complete left field from the theme but I loved Bella's wedding in twilight so much. If you like the song then do it! its your special day. Congrats

Thank you! I think I fixed the link and posted it separately. I really do think it is pretty. I sent it to my friend and she said it's not what she would choose, but because we are incorporating Disney....it would work. The wedding party I think is going to walk in to Bless the Broken Road instrumental by Rascal Flatts, but I may change it to Tale as Old as Time from Beauty and Beast.

Yes! On the video I watched on FB...she played intro and had doors closed. Once the music started, the doors opened and she walked out. I would stop it at 2:15 after it says Happily Ever After.

I don't agree with everything that participants on this forum respond to with, "It's your wedding, you do you!". But of all the wedding details, I think picking your processional song is absolutely a "you do you" option. If you love it, then go for it.

I love this idea! I’m having a Disney wedding too and I’m walking down the aisle to an instrumental Disney song as well!

I just want to throw in when I saw you post this earlier, I totally thought back to wishes and playing that as I walk down the aisle. I’m still undecided lol

    We got engaged in MK.
my save the dates were Disney themed.
my shower is themed “be our guest”
we will have hidden mickeys on our cake and probably some sort of happily ever after cake topper.

the bridal party is walking into “tale as old as time”, instrumental version.

    Nothing too crazy.

trust me though if I could I would have Mickey and Minnie show up to my wedding.

Oh snd I have a very large ball gown, princess style lol

I know it is unconventional, but I really like it. Also throwing around playing the song from Tangled.
