Is anyone here getting married at a truly all inclusive venue in the US? (IE: DJ, Flowers, Food, Booze, Linens, ETC)

If so where?

Ours does include the food, beer and wine, cupcakes, linens etc. and the DJ. We had to find the florist, photographer and officiant, and we are also bringing in our own liquor (ok'd by the venue and they will provide mixers and serve it).

Having a mostly all-inclusive has made the planning process so easy, especially considering we are planning from 3 1/2 hours away.

I'm not getting married there, but i looked at the Wedgewood group of locations, several all across the states. They are truly all inclusive depending on the package. They all included, catering, linen,dj,cake. But the higher packages included centerpieces, invitations, photography, hotel accommodations, bar, officiant. Just a one stop shop for those not looking to have to do all this on their own but simply pick from pre-selected options

I'm just outside NYC and there were no venues I found that included a DJ, photography and flowers, as well as catering. As a wedding singer myself, I know most people prefer to choose their own entertainment, photography, and decor, and don't want to be stuck using whoever the venue requires you to use. So I'd find it surprising if a venue does include all those other things.

My venue included all food (7 apps and a multi-item station for cocktail hour, 3-course plated meal for reception), alcohol (5-hour, full open bar), ceremony site + chairs, all dinnerware, linens, chairs, tables, printed menus and direction cards, wedding cake, all serving staff, and a full-service wedding planner to guide me through the process and coordinate with all my vendors. The only external vendors we had to hire were the band, photographers, florist, and officiants. But as I said before, I wanted to choose those vendors myself; a venue telling me I have to use a certain band or photographer would've 100% been a dealbreaker for me.

In NC we have The Meadows which does a full all inclusive down to the cake package. Looking back this probably would have been a good idea but too late now

We are just outside of Philadelphia. My venue includes food, flowers (artificial), linens, alcohol (top shelf all the way). We also have an all inclusive (3-in-one) dj/photgrapher/photobooth vender. Then we have our baker that is providing our 200+ cupcakes.

We are getting married at an all-inclusive venue in the US!

There are packages that range from a simple rental all the way to a three-tiered all inclusive package.

Our package includes the facility rental from 9 a.m. to 11p.m. with set up/break down.

Full use of bridal suite as well as a grooms lounge for the guys. We have open bar all day as well as a cocktail hour with 2 passed apps (we opted to pay $2 pp extra for some extra apps) 3 entree options, 3 sides. We also got a late night snack option thrown in for free as our guest list was a little smaller. It included a cake done by a local baker, who is also doing cupcakes and other desserts for us as well. You get a free food tasting, and they even let my aunt and grandmother go in our place as we live in CT.

All chairs, tables, centerpieces, florals, aisle decor, linens, etc. etc. are included as well as favors for the guests. (multiple options to choose from). It included 4 bridesmaid bouquets, my bouquet, the lapels, corsages for the mothers, etc. Photographer was also included, and they show you photos from the 4 different local photographers they contract. You can choose from whoever is available for your day. It includes an officiant, a musician during cocktail hour, as well as a DJ. (Also a couple options for DJ companies.)

It all seemed to good to be true, but after reading a bunch of reviews, speaking to the owner and our wedding coordinator (also included in our package, and she has been lovely!!) - we went ahead and booked. I am so happy we did. I included some pictures. Smiley smile

**I should note that you can absolutely choose your own vendors. My Venue does not require you to use the ones they suggest - but I went through their recommended list and loved everyone I spoke to! The only thing I booked separate was the hair/makeup artist, but they also love doing weddings at our venue and gave us a little discount because of it lol. **

I live in Las Vegas so our wedding venues do a lot to compete with each other.
My venue includes ceremony, reception, food, cake, DJ, photography (only a photo album is included, but prints are available for purchase later) simple decorations (or you can upgrade for a fee) and the officient

I am in a suburb of NYC

Our venue includes a champagne reception upon arrival, food (a huge cocktail hour and a 3 course plated meal), open bar, DJ, Photography, cake and Italian cookies, linens and centerpieces. We were able to choose between a few pre selected vendors for each category.

I added on personal flowers, an onsite ceremony, invitations, ceremony music an extra centerpiece and a late night snack (flavored fresh popcorn).

I am! Troy, Michigan. Everything was included with food, booze, tables, linens, etc.

We had to get everything else, but that's pretty standard around here.

I am adding on to say that I think all inclusive is great if you don't really have a particular vision and/ or don't love to plan. We don't have a wedding theme, I don't care much about decor and I really am just wanting good food, booze and loud music. This is not to say you can't personalize an all inclusive wedding, but just be wary that every extra you want will also cost extra. My "package" is advertised at 11,995 - this is the price for off season, 90 guests, no extras. With our extra guests (19 additional) and the upgrades we chose we wound up paying just under 17K. Still an absolute steal in my opinion, and the planning has been relatively stress free.

If you have very specific ideas - like if you want a glam boho Mexican Fiesta, this route might not be for you.

If you don't mind me asking - what are you paying for something like this, with literally every single thing included? Your venue is gorgeous.

I don't mind at all! All together, with everything listed above plus travel costs, accommodations, bridal party/parent gifts, car rental, etc.. we paid about 22K for up to 85 guests.

We lucked out since we signed our contract when the venue was only a couple months old. The price went up a little bit since then, but still worth it in my opinion! Thank you so much! Smiley smile

We're getting married in the Poconos. Our venue is almost all-inclusive - we only needed to find an officiant, DJ, and photographer but the venue had a good selection of recommended vendors for those They also have a salon/spa onsite for hair and makeup and since it is an inn we were able to reserve a block of rooms right there. I'm nowhere near organized enough to put together a wedding on my own, so this is a perfect fit for us Smiley smile

Emerald at queensridge. It was amazing and the staff went above and beyond for us. I've had a few friends get married recently and living in Vegas is awesome for the all inclusive. Ranging from 3k-13k

I know it’s been a few years since your post. If you still check in, would you care to share the name of your venue?
