Calling all creative people out there! Needing design help, please!

Not wanting a traditional white gown (and practically living in my garden, when I'm not otherwise occupied), I fell crazy in love with this dress. I knew my fiance was looking forward to us having a medieval-themed wedding, but my sister in law told me if I was That in love with the dress, we'd figure it out, so I bought it. Now, how do I "Medieval it up"?? My fiance will be wearing a gorgeous midnight blue and silver (trimmed) cloak and linen shirt with black pants (the blue version of Armstreet's 'Knight of the West' line). With his tall stature, blue eyes and silvery gold hair, he will be stunning!
How do I Not look like a flowery sack of potatoes next to that?
My dress is being made now, and will (thankfully) have a corsetted bodice. The wedding Was going to be this fall (a winter cloak would've done the trick), but it was pushed back, due to venue and caterer timing issues, so now it's going to be mid-April in a breathtaking garden. Not cloak weather. 🤪
I could really use your help/suggestions! Thank you so much!!

That's tough but I'm thinking your hair in a long braid or long curls, and maybe a crown of greenery could help. It is a beautiful dress and I totally get why you chose it but it really is going to come down to accessories. Can you find a sheer cloak to go over it?

Maybe a cape and a floral crown?

A circlet of some kind will definitely help, as will the corset.

I'd also recommend adding some kind of long sleeve with openings if you can, or the sheer cape/cloak.

A friend just pm'd me with this. What do you think? It will be April in VA, so I definitely won't need anything warmer for an outdoor ceremony, and I could remove it afterwards. It looks pretty plain, but the dress is so colorful, it may not need anything added. My hair is silvery white, so white roses would disappear, but I could weave smaller pink/red/purple ones into it..

Beautiful dress for a garden wedding! But unfortunately for me, that doesn't go with the theme at all. Especially the way you described your FH outfit. I know April isn't cloak weather but maybe you can do a thin cloak that's really really long and drags behind you. Maybe a crown of flowers in your hair

Would this be an option that might work? I saw these detached sleeves on Etsy, albeit in conjunction with a whole set.. the white wouldn't compete with the rest of the dress, and the flowy sleeves have a medieval twist to them. I know, I'm reaching. I've found a few cloaks now, but they're all Ivory or off-white. My dress is straight-up white with flowers, as my hair is silvery white, and looks awful against ivory.
