Im dealing with it by keeping everything simple. Less services and vendors, less stress.

Making sure I engage in stress relieving activities like a girls nights, venting to a friend & also creating a Plan B for the wedding so when things don't work out for Plan A, I can use Plan B & itll work

A bottle of wine and the mindset to accept that somethings are just out of my control, but that doesn't mean my life has to stop. There's always another way

I haven't been stressing myself for something that's out of my control. We had our minimony and we are planning for our big wedding as normal. If we have to postpone the big wedding then that's just what it'll be!

You can plan and plan, and assign duties to the most trusted people and hire all the vendors, but something will go wrong. Its Murphy's Law. Something will not go according to plan on the big day. Knowing this and accepting this will help out immensely. Now I'm not saying that you shouldn't strive for the wedding you envisioned, just be aware that certain things are just beyond your control. When something doesn't live up to exceptions on your big day, or leading up to it, just take a deep breath, look at your fiance, and remember why your doing this in the first place. At the end of the day, as long as you two enjoyed yourselves, then I'd say the wedding was a success!

SO HARD for me not to stress (we have already postponed twice), I have just told myself this is out of my control and whatever happens next year that will be my big day and it will be beautiful. Also i try to stay off social media and stop reading so much, it makes my mind race. I have been trying to go for walks and plan as "normal" as I can!

For me, I just focus on the end goal, and that’s being married to the love of my life. Nothing is going to change that I’ll have him as my husband in exactly one year today! Whether it’s a very small intimate wedding or the big affair we’ve been planning, that’ll be the most important thing to me.
