Have you found your hair and makeup artist (HMUA)? Or, if you're already married who did you use? Share who you used or plan to use so those brides who are still searching can get some ideas.

I used Christi Reynolds Beauty based in the Sacramento area. She did both my hair and makeup and was amazing! I highly recommend her.

I found a few I can afford! Katye Rose has decent pricing ($600 including a trial of two different hair and makeup looks) and really diverse clientele. D. Anaya in Mountain View has really good pricing and reviews, but most of her pictures are of white women. I feel like so many hair/makeup + trial packages are a minimum of $700 around here, it's so frustrating.

Bonnie Lass Beauty is a fantastic make up artist! Kelli is local to the Ventura County/San Fernando Valley area. She is really knowledgeable, talented, and emphasizes the natural beauty in each person (man or woman) she works with, rather than using the make up to create something. Unless that's what you really want.... she's done cosplay too, and boy does it look good! I'm not sure what her consultation/trial fee is for weddings, but she does offer a $35 hour long session where she'll teach you how to use your own make up and get the look you want right in the comfort of your own home! So I'd imagine that a wedding consultation can't be more expensive. =]
