So I’m in contact with three Wedding Cake Bakeries but only one has contacted me back with that being said, I asked if they could do one of the cakes that I originally had looked at their response was that they do not do Mascarpone or White Chocolate Buttercream she gave me a good option which is to do a Almond Cake with a Raspberry Filling (Most Popular) with an option to choose a different flavor for each tier. What are your flavor options to go with a Almond Cake ??

I think almond cake would pair well with lots of cake flavors! My additional picks would be chocolate and marble (combo of vanilla and chocolate)

FYI: The almond cake that we tried at our bakers was sooooo yummy, but my husband hates almond and vetoed it. Otherwise I definitely would have chosen that flavor. We had a 5-tier cake, and each tier was a different cake/filling flavor combo: strawberry shortcake, lemon raspberry, white chocolate raspberry, blackberry stroussel, and banana cream. The outside was semi naked with white butter cream and a slight chocolate drizzle.

I’m still in contact with just the one Bakery & they have me a list of Flavors/ Filling options here are the ones that I like Flavors - Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Italian Cream, Amaretto, Strawberry & Champagne Fillings - Strawberry & Raspberry.. What do you all think
