Cake Tasting...who to Bring?

They usually only allow only 2-3 ppl for tastings. I brought FH & FMIL

We could’ve brought 2 more people, but it was just myself & FH. Initially we were going to have his sister come with us, but we couldn’t coordinate days (she lives 2 hours away).

We were able to bring 2 additional people, so we brought both our moms.

It was me, my husband, my stepmom, and my sister. If I recall correctly we were allowed to have 4 people including us.

We brought FH's parents with us. FMIL has a dairy allergy so the bakery made some special samples for her and she got to pick our gluten/dairy free flavors. I think 4 people was the max she likes to have for tastings.

I didn't have a cake tasting because we used a bakery that my family has used for every birthday and every special occasion for longer than I have been alive. However I went with my best friend for her cake tasting at the same bakery she was already obsessed with the cakes there because of my family and we figured why not do a tasting even though there was no question of what bakery she was using because well free cake and they even sent us home with lots of free cake.

Less opinions are really better. Just you two.

On some it was just FH and me on others it was us plus his sister and her daughter. Future ones we will see.

Just FH and I...... I figured the less people the better as we know what we like.

I bring FSIL for everything food related lol. I'm vegetarian and super picky (yes, I hate cake) so we brought her to the venue's showcase to try the food and will bring her to the cake and formal food tasting so it's not just FH's opinion.
