Here is what I am thinking for the cake table.

Pie Safe for cupcakes

Commode for the slicing cake.

A simple white cake.

Pink carnations, pale yellow roses, ferns and baby's breath around the base of the cake stand, base of the cake, and on top of the cakes.

On the shelf below, a was think a runner of dusty blue gauze and a mason jar with a bouquet of the above plus blue hydrangeas.

    How cute! Also you've thought in a lot more detail than we have.... I am expecting us to have our cake on a wine barrel since we're at a winery, but I don't think they need us to have a cake stand. I'm going to ask them, having read your post!

    We are wanting a fairly plain two tier cake with lots of fresh fruit and some flowers on it, like this (but much smoother icing - likely semi-naked):
