Cake stand ?

I preferred a cake stand as we had this option as well with our baker, but I thought it would look better on a stand. After our baker had setup the cake and our florist went to decorate it, she asked and offered to buy our cake stand. Nothing like being able to make some money on the wedding day!

I think what you provided is fine. Especially if it’s going to be an extra cost. If you’d like height, Id recommend adding in spacers, this is something the bakery would be able to do. However, I don’t think you need an actual stand.

The cakes pictured here are beautiful as is! I’d say a cake stand is not a must 😍

I think tiered cake look better without a cake stand because they’re so tall. So I think the option pictured is perfect!

I don’t think you need a cake stand for it! Those appear to be high quality cake plates and a stand might clash.
I purchased a cake stand for the sole purpose of our bakery putting the cake on a clear base. It looked like the cake was directly on the table lol.

I don't think more is necessary, unless you plan on moving the cake around a lot.
