I'm planning on a cake table with a stacked 8 and 6 inch 2 tier, 2 8 inches, and 20 cupcakes.

EDIT to include 2nd picture.... I don't want it as rustic as the first pic looks.

I love the idea of a cake table! I've never seen anything done like that before, at any of the weddings I've attended.

Ours! It was a cinnamon cake with a cannoli cream filling (with chocolate chips)! and a cream cheese/ cannoli cream combination icing. It the smaller two tiers were a vanilla butter cake with a vanilla satin filling and buttercream icing AMAZING cake. And since this is cake porn, I posted H's bday cake we got to weeks ago. The same baker who did our wedding cake did it and it was a chocolate cake with a layer of dark chocolate ganache and cookies n' cream buttercream filling AND cream cheese icing. Baltimore Cakery is THE BEST!

No professional photos of it yet, but this was our cake! It was $350 vanilla with amaretto icing. The fondant on this cake was amazing and seriously the best fondant I've ever eaten (even those who usually don't like it agreed).

This is my plan, in more white & green tones. i'd love a grey cake but ugh black food coloring mouth.

We are meeting with our baker next month to discuss cakes, but I have just officially fallen in love with this cake. I'm pretty sure my FH is going to say hell no, but we'll see. So far it's been "Whatever makes you happy". *fingers crossed*

Made by a friend and gifted to us. We had a vanilla layer, a chocolate layer, and a marble layer. It was absolutely delicious and so so cute.
