Caesar's Palace Las Vegas Ceremony

el10717, on June 9, 2017 at 8:45 PM Posted in Planning 0 8

Hello - has anyone recently married at Caesar's Palace? (even better if it was at the Venus Garden or with the Cleopatra package) I'm just looking for some insight into the planning process and whether the package is enough, we are having family only, about 14 guests. I also have been trying to find information on their photographer, but so far the wedding coordinator has been less than helpful. I have not yet finalized a contract so I figured this would be the best place for additional help. Thanks!!

I'm getting married at Caesars Palace in September. The photographer they use is Cashman Brothers. Honestly, I didn't like the photos I saw from them and hired an outside vendor. You will have to pay Caesars when you use outside vendors FYI.

the Venus garden will fit more than 14 ppl.

It's very hard to get a response from their wedding coordinators from my experience

Thanks Sour Shoes! I actually did some investigating and may just use Cashman for the ceremony, and then hire another photographer to take pictures at other locations before the reception. On one hand, that's annoying that getting responses from the coordinators is difficult but it does make me feel better to know it's not just me. Have you visited the venues? Or are you solely planning from a distance?

Hi, I'm going to follow this post as also hoping to go for the Venus garden.

I did lots of snooping about and believe the Caesars hotels use Imagine Studios who aren't too bad, but correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm paying the vendor fee to bring in my own photographer as I'm very particular.

I had previously been working with one coordinator who was AWFUL at responding, but now they have someone else who is a million times more helpful.

    Hi,

Me and my fiance are also thinking about getting marry at the Caesars' Venus garden.

I want to hire our own photographer than to use their photographer. Since I want to have some "getting ready" and my tea ceremony photo in the morning before my western ceremony. I try to go online and find how much is the vendor fee but with no luck. Their FQA link for the question just sent you back to different venue option they have within their hotels. I also try to email them with my questions and the person who reply was their catering sales manager.

Can you tell me how much is the vendor fee? If I can substitute the cost of the photographer with something else, like their hair and makeup or flower credit, since we are aiming at the Nubo San Ban package for their suit space and use it as our Chinese tea ceremony location?

    Thanks!

@Junko I just pulled my contract and it is a $600 fee to use an outside vendor for photography/videography. We ultimately decided to just use their photographer for the ceremony and hired another photographer to take our pictures after.

Unfortunately I do not think you can make any substitutes to their packages. And you will forfeit any credits that you don't use

Try to get Shu-Vai as your contact there, she has been very helpful at answering all our questions quickly. My post above is incorrect, they use Cashman brothers who I think are awful. We are paying the $600 and taking in our own photographer.

Hi there I know this post is a year old but I am currently in the same situation. Getting married here next year. Would you be willing to share how it all panned out for you? Did you hire your own photographer if not how much did Cashman charge for the rights to photos etc? Thanks!
