  Our venue has us pay an additional 25$/bartender/ per hour- maybe you can use that to factor in your tipping?

  We are tipping our bartenders 75/each. We do not supply the alcohol.

  For how many hours? I mean, I assume they're already being paid a fair wage right and this is just the tip?

  I don't think I'd tip more than $30-$50 each.
