We are planning a casual, backyard BBQ reception.
We will have kegs and wine on site.
However, we are trying to find ways to inform guests that if they prefer something else they are more than welcome to bring it.
We currently have this on our FAQs page on our website.
Should we also put this info on our invitations or just spread this info via word of mouth?

I think word of mouth is best for this!

I agree with MrsD, word of mouth along with your FAQ page sounds best!

Yeah, I wouldn’t include that in your invitation.

Having hosted several parties and get togethers this last year, most people will bring something they like to drink anyway. Personally, I always bring a small bottle of vodka and soda to keep low carb.

I actually did this ! I had an FAQ page where I said we are providing alcohol but if you have something particular you want to have then feel free to bring it as the venue is BYOB.
