With every site just read reviews and see pictures and size charts I only ordered because they were over 50 reviews pictures and videos and the dresses I wanted them to have were $180 on prom girl.com and alot of my girls are flying in I wanted to keep the cost down and the dress is perfect for the beach very flowy.

I got beautiful bridesmaids dresses from RenzRags off Etsy and JBM from JJshouse online. I was super nervous but they came in beautiful!

Honestly I can't spend 180 per dress. I have to buy 3 myself for our girls.

I bought almost my entire look online:

    Buying online 1

    Buying online 2

My shoes, dress, and hair accessories were all bought via etsy. My experience was fantastic. I went through ieie bridal. They're a mother-daughter shop in New Jersey. It arrived 8 weeks later and was only $375-450. My mother had decided to cover my dress. I got a custom neckline, so I'm not sure how much that ended up costing her.

We also got my MOH's dress online (via David's bridal):

    Buying online 4

I didn't know this at the time, but my MOH was pregnant when I had initially chosen the dress. She had gone to David's bridal in person and tried on similar styles with the baby belly. I thought it would be safer than my Etsy purchase in regards to quality and service.

She ran into a lot of flexibility problems since they only have standard sizing and force alterations - months before the wedding when she was still growing.

Thoughts: Personality, price point for quality and service-wise, my Etsy vendor won on all accounts. Just be diligent in your research (review and pictures). Also, make certain the vendor is asking for a lot of measurements for a custom job.

Measurements are a must! Spend all this money on a dress then have to pay more for alterations for 3 "kids" that will probably want to burn the dresses when done. LOL no thank You! I'm starting to rethink dresses and maybe go with skirts and tanks

*laughs* right!? I was set on my little tea length dress, and I love that it's springy enough I could technically reuse it down the road.

Skirts and tanks sound awesome to me. You can really have some fun with that!

I got my wedding dress from BHLDN. They have a physical location, but all the orders go through their website. They have free returns so I ended up ordering the 2 dresses I was going back and forth on and return the one I didn’t like free of charge. Their dresses range in price but I found some nice ones under $300.
