Does anyone have recommendations on where to find sleeves, aside from etsy (already looked there) Or should a seamstress/tailor be able to make and add the sleeves themselves?

So, I have a small dilemma. The wedding dress I WANT that is within my budget is off the shoulder but has long beautiful detachable sleeves. Issue is, it's off the shoulder/strapless and I have larger breasts that need a little support. I'm thinking of either getting this dress and adding straps while using some KT tape to hold myself up a little, or buying a different dress with similar body style that has straps and just adding similar sleeves. The problem with that is that I have no idea where to find sleeves like it. Every place I've checked to find separate sleeves to add on, the style is different and not what I want.
