Butt pads under wedding dress??

Paula, on February 24, 2016 at 10:21 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12

Hello beautiful ladies. I was just wondering if anyone has ever used butt pads under their dress before? While I do have a curvy figure, I decided to go with a mermaid dress and unfortunately my butt looked deflated in that dress. I got a suggestion to buy some high quality butt enhancing underwear. Anyone had a similar experience?

Just get you a waist trainer it will make that booty pop out.

Butt pads sound like a recipe for some serious SWASS.

Do 100 squats a day from now until your wedding and you'll be good.

I have to disagree with Mrs. P do not use a waist trainer it will push your stomach and back fat either up or down giving you a larger muffin top or more back flab in your dress. If you want to try it, order it now and see how it looks with your dress. Believe me if you get a good butt pad you will not look like a Kardashian you'd need at least 3 for that. My youngest sister and grandma (yes grandma) wears butt pads pretty regularly, I couldn't tell until they told me. The good ones are made to not be noticed.

The Bratender is a good lingerie shop in Manhattan that sells tons of shapewear, including some hip and butt pads. I don't need any extra padding, but I am going there for my foundation garments.

Umm I am pretty sure your husband knows you have an inflated ass. Why pull out the ass pads for the wedding?

@Kathryn, please read the post again. I clearly mentioned that I do have an ass, however, in the dress (since it is TIGHT) it deflates the ass, This isn't for my husband. This is for ME to feel comfortable and look good in my dress. Thanks.

@Kathryn I think she means she actually has an ass, but in her dress its not as apparent. I consider myself curvy (36-26-38 actually) but most of that 38 (hip measurement) comes from my butt and not my hips. So in a mermaid (which I did not get, instead I got a drop waist ballgown for this reason) I look great from behind, but I look more rectangular from the front. Because a mermaid has a very dramatic silhouette it's easy to see how the slightest enhancement can make a difference.

You can get done slightly padded biker shorts. I see no reason not to.
