Awe thanks girls I have very religious catholic in laws and I know that they will be peeved but I don't care! She is important to me and I want her to feel beautiful just like my other girls. Here's the look with the matching pants. She is also black and thinks the color will be so complimentary to her skin. I think so too, it's gorgeous!

I love the suit and the dress together. I think both suits are nice but I love the look of the all one color top & bottom. I also love that you don't care about the small minds & want her there no matter what!!

Men's suits don't normally fit women well without major alterations. Does David's bridal have a jumpsuit that comes in your color?

Hi Muriel! This is also my problem. This merchant is rental only and she won't have any authorization for alterations.

A pantsuit is not her style.. I wish I knew where Ellen gets her ladies suits!

Hello, I am getting married 8/8/2018 to a woman who will be wearing a suit and believe me it has been a STRUGGLE to find the right outfits. We have found amazing luck at www.asos.com they ship fast and the quality is good! Also the suits tend to be slim fit which works best for masculine women.

See if the website that has the suit has an option to try-on the suit at home before ordering. My fiancé is renting his suit from www.menguin.com and he was able to have the suit sent to him to try on before he had to commit to paying for it.

I would look for a suit that is close in color rather than ask her to be in something ill fitting.

I have a bridesmaid who also wanted to wear a suit or pants outfit. We had a lot of trouble finding something that she liked at a reasonable cost without having something custom made or highly altered. She decided that she's going to wear the same dress as my other BM and says that she's fine with that decision, but I still feel bad about it. (I was willing to help her keep looking; she was over it.)

So, I just wanted to say good luck to her finding something that she likes and that fits well. I've seen a lot of wedding party/couples photos with women rocking suits/pants outfits, so I know it can be done.

Thanks Muriel, I def don't want her to look ill fitted. She is dapper, and clean cut so I'm thinking about contacting The Black Tux and seeing if they can arrange for us to buy the suit and then have my seamstress tailor it to her body. Iwill def help with the price I just don't think I could find a similar color 🤷🏼‍♀️

She is my wonderful besty and MOH and by default she will look different in her suit. I just don't like the look of using different colors because she will be standing next to the bridesmaid and I find it an eyesore if they weren't all in the same color scheme. I also don't want bridesmaid pics looking like she is my groom lol
