Busty Women

Kate, on January 19, 2018 at 11:55 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 9
So I am a very busty woman and my dress is a spaghetti strap dress. When spaghetti straps are holding up my boob, the straps dig into my shoulders up top. Does anyone else have this problem?! I’d love to know what other women did to get rid of this problem, or perhaps pictures of yalls dresses so I can see that it probably doesn’t look as bad as I think it does. I’m so critical of myself

I am a busty woman too and would never get a dress with spaghetti straps for that very reason. In fact, I purposely added straps to my wedding dress when I had it custom made so I wouldn't have to wear a strapless bra either. I was able to wear a comfortable bra and my girls, shoulders and back were happy! I think you will need to change your straps.

Depending on how busty you are and how far your dress dips, a corset may be your best choice.

I'm a double D and this one raised the girls well, pulled everything in, and left my shoulders nice and free.

This is my dress. The one with my back, that right strap is pulled to the way I’d like it to be to hold up my boobs enough. Let me know what y’all think!

First of all that dress is so pretty! Congratulations!
Personally I would see if the straps could be thickened during alterations. Even if it is just to add a bit of fabric to the part that's digging. That would help a ton.

I was going to suggest the same thing. Have the straps altered to thicken them. I think it will look better and feel better. The dress is very pretty though!

Where did you get it? Depending or not depending (just might depend on if you have to go to and outside alternator(sorry spelling) the zipper can be pulled out and a corset back be put in. Therefore the back and boobs be supported there versus the straps and making for a very pretty back, even including g so.e colors of your wedding if you wanted such as the corset string being a wedding color. DB doesn't do it you'd have to go outside which is why I asked where and could take a month so also depends on when wedding date is but would solve your issues. At that point either a strapless bra could be worn or cups could be built in for niplly hiddy giggles but the corset perking the breast up (I'd go for second option)

Try a long line bra, I'm a DDD and the cups should hold you up. The way the bra is designed is it holds you up but it's cut low for like necklines and backs of dresses. Could work for you.

Wider strap or a halter. Ladies need support!
