Bustling the bhldn Octavia Gown?

I searched preowned sites and only found this for the actual dress:

That said, I'm thinking a unique ballroom bustle would be elegant with that dress!

Don't forget you can ask your seamstress to pin it up in a few ways and take pics and decide later too!

I absolutely agree with the previous poster, have your seamstress pin it into a few different options for you. Take some pictures of each option so you can see how they will look from the back, and then decide. I'd probably do a center point overbustle right in the middle at the waist, but that will depend on the construction of the dress. Your seamstress will be the expert and offer you some ideas. When is your fitting?

I also have the Octavia gown and spoke with the person who helped me pick it out at BHLDN about bustling... she said that the ballroom bustle looks really nice with the dress! That's what I think I'm going to ask my seamstress to do.

Hi! LOVEEE The Octavia! I saw someone online say that the train has a loop on it that you can put your hand through so that it doesn't need a bustle? IDK if that's true but sounded like a good plan!
