Bustle on a Tulle Ballgown?

My intentions were always to cut off the train of my dress. I haven't been able to find a nice looking way to bustle a tulle ballgown. But now that I'm going to a seamstress instead of using FMIL, I am considering all of my options. Does anyone have any pictures of bustles that work on a tulle...

But now that I'm going to a seamstress instead of using FMIL, I am considering all of my options. Does anyone have any pictures of bustles that work on a tulle skirt? As FMM put it today, without looking like Cinderella's step sisters? Lol. Attached are pictures of my skirt. Thanks!

I struggled with this as well- my seamstress pinned it a few different ways for options- and honestly? I felt like I had gone to the bathroom and gotten my dress stuck in my unders.

I ended up just chopping the train off. I think it'll be easier for me that way.

I kept my cathedral train for the same reason, it looked amazing in our pictures. But really I needed a good second option so I could get my dance on.

I may be able to take pictures if you want more detailed images on how she made my bustle.

I love the poofy train! I'm glad you are not cutting it off, it's so pretty. I have a similar train on my ceremony gown. I'm no help, I couldn't figure out the bustle thing either - I gave up on the idea and decided to change dresses. I heard horror stories of women struggling to bustle their gowns (in fact my mother never managed it during her wedding) so I didn't want to deal. *wimp*

It does look pretty all bustled up from what the ladies have posted!

This might sound odd, but I have a tulle gown and my alterations woman gave me a great option. She showed me how to use small clear rubber bands and bunch the tulle into little rosettes. So it just looks like little white flowers going down the back of my dress and it's FREE. Might not work for everyone, but it looks super cute on mine.

ETA: pic is sideways for some reason

This is a bit late, but a cascade bustle would look great!
