Burlington Coat Factory Suits

Chelsey , on September 25, 2017 at 1:16 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8

Has anyone gotten them for their fellas? I've looked and its the same price or cheaper than renting. I'm just curious if anyone actually bought them. I'm going to check on alteration pricing today, but if you know, I'd love to hear an approx #.

Thanks, WW Members!

I have no personally bought suits from there or plan to for my wedding but there should be someone who works there that may have more incite as well. Check with your local tailor, they normally are great on pricing.

I purchased a suit for my son who is 16 for a wedding (he was not in) - the suit was $75.00 and alterations were $35.00 but all we needed was a little taking in (he is tall but thin). The quality of the suit was good.

Yea we bought some suits here. Good price and good quality. I think we spent $105 for a black suit, maybe less. Alterations were like $50 but that was for shirt, jacket, and pants

My fiance bought all the suits for himself and the groomsmen at Burlington. His fit him fine off the rack. One of the groomsman tried his on and said it fit perfectly. I'm hoping that the other 2 will fit when they get here next week from Ireland.

Like anything else, quality will vary with the brand. The last time I was in a Burlington Coat Factory, they had a rack of Michael Kors suits.

You can also get a well priced suit at JC Penney, Macys etc. Most store sell suit separates now so it is much easier to find a good fit.

I went with my cousin at Burlington and was pleasantly surprised with the suits they sell. My cousin ended up buying a Ralph Lauren and a Kenneth Cole . I suggest you go and check them out.

ETA : Most Burlington stores has an alteration department too.

Not for my H or the BM, but my brother did buy a suit from them for my nephew. I'll see if he remembers how much he paid in alterations (although he might have just taken it to his local cleaners to get it altered).

Thank you, everyone! It looks like the suit and alterations will still fair the same or less than a rental. We are definitely going that route. Smiley smile
