Bulk utensils

Zulma, on June 18, 2021 at 11:50 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 7
Hi, wedding is coming up and we will be decorating the tabletops ourselves. I’ve been looking everywhere for affordable gold stainless steel utensils (long slim handle) , but no luck! It seems like each set (spoon, fork & knife) is like $6-10 per person. Any recommendations on finding affordable gold stainless steel utensils? Thank you!!

Look into party rental places, they've got everything. IMO no need to purchase those items when you can rent them for half the cost and don't have to wash them after. In my family we rent whole place settings for big family dinners and after dinner scrap the plate clean, count quanties and box them back up, plates, silverware, glasses, napkins and tablecloths all taken care of and you don't have to worry about searching for something that is going to cost you more than you want to spend.

Completely agree. We are wanting and each set is only $.60 a day. Totally worth it!

Thank you so much! I forgot to initially note! We actually do want to purchase them as we will be using them for other upcoming events.

Always rent whenever you can because the cost in the long run is more economical. Unless you are regularly hosting parties of 100+ or donating them to your house of worship, you have to factor in your time at minimum wage per hour in addition and you will not get back what you paid if you resell them, if anyone buys them.

I bought these on Amazon. We have no need for spoons, so I'm not buying any. The salad/dessert forks were $9.99 for 12 when I bought them. The dinner forks were $19.99 for 24 when I bought (and I had a $10 amazon credit for prime day).

I'm watching the price on these and will buy when it goes down:
