Bulk Flowers - Sam's/Costco

TurnerToAQueen, on March 20, 2017 at 6:02 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 9

I am from Chattanooga and having my wedding in Chattanooga. I am trying to keep it VERY simple and under a tight budget. Although my parents are paying, I'm a teacher and live a frugal life style with a tight budget.

Has anyone used bulk flowers from Costco or Sam's club for their bouquets and center pieces? Or mixed?

I would love to see actual photos from real weddings! They look great online...

I have not. But i am also considering this as an option as well. Im getting married at my sisters house and all of the reviews I read seems pretty awesome on Sams club. Which i think is cheaper too than costco from what i have heard. If you read some of the reviews on sams club, they include pics as well.

I am ordering my flowers from Costco. They have beat every price I have gotten on them. Down side is we will spend the night before making arrangements and the bouquets but it's well worth a few hours to save hundreds.

I was actually looking at Sam's flowers last night! I fell in love with the look of the cherry brandy roses and I'm going to see if a grocery store florist can get them. I'm only doing very simple bouquets and a single submerged rose with tea candles for centerpieces so should be easy to DIY if need be.

Sam's looks like the only place I have been able to find blue roses! i am considering getting the sunflowers there but i hate the ones with the orange or green middles and it looks like reviews say you cant decide on what color the center is. The blue roses however got great reviews.

A friend of mine did this for her big day. The flowers are always beautiful there. They are always good quality. Hers were beautiful. Just make sure the night before you have enough people to help you put them together and have enough cold storage for them.

Also research the flowers you like. Some flowers wilt more quickly than others and will look ugly by dinner time.

I'm ordering a wedding package from Sams. It comes with all bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières already arranged. I'm also buying a set of bulk roses for centerpieces and our cake.
