Hi wedding planning friends, it’s finally happening, my FH and I are doing a small microwedding in a couple of months and I’m struggling with finalizing the menu for a group of about 20 people. So far we are for sure serving beef tenderloin and prosciutto wrapped chicken with fontina cheese with charred broccolini
The trouble I’m having is picking the starches, I think rice would go better with the chicken and potatoes go better with the beef, but I’m concerned with how some of the options may sit since this will be buffet options
