Buffet Food Ideas

Winter comfort foods? Roasted turkey, chicken, and ham, mashed potatoes, corn, winter veggies, dense breads?

You can do something fun like stir frys or Asian inspired foods (fried rice, steamed dumplings, etc)

Soup! It goes really well with a winter theme and there's tons of variations.

We're planning on doing a taco bar

Tomato soup and grilled cheese shooters, brisket, beef wellington, stuffed chicken breast, lobster mac n cheese.

I had short ribs on a wedding buffet that were delicious. They had a sauce/gravy that was sooo good. They were super tender.
