Budget Brides! Large wedding 150 people for an estimated budget of $10,000?

I wish my family was more on board with all my diy projects for the wedding. I'm not only doing it to save money but also just because I wanted to. Our budget is 4.5k for 120 people. Average cost of a wedding here in my area is 30k so I've made more cuts than I could even list. Joann's coupons have my best friend for decor and centerpieces. My moh is a manager at joann's and her 20% employee discount stacks on top of sales and coupons so that has been a lifesaver. An afternoon reception eliminated the need for alcohol and liquor liability insurance, bartenders etc. Venue is a major cost at 1300 after all the hidden fees and deposits. It's advertised at 700 but there was 150 for the kitchen, 150 to decorate before, 300 key deposit. We skipped the $500 for extra bathrooms too. But we can have the ceremony in the same location, all tables and chairs are provided (which is more than I can say about most of the other venues in the area) and it won't need any decoration besides centerpieces. I had my dress custom made according to my design, it cost $450 and it won't need alterations unless my weight changes drastically in the next 4.5 months. Part of the food will be catered for only $5/person. I have quite the spread planned and unloaded the two most difficult tasks on a local restaurant. My uncle is officiating. I'm putting together a Playlist on Spotify for music. Our photographer is amazing. She's trying to break out into the wedding industry from children's photography and in exchange for using our photos for her portfolio she's less than $300. I'm buying flowers from the farmer's market and using candles. My grandpa is cutting down a tree in his yard and doesn't need the extra wood so he's cutting it into slices for me to use in the centerpieces. I still have to figure out plates and linens but I'm probably renting those. And I haven't decided on a bakery yet but I'm feeling good about it so far.
