Good morning WW! My fiance are having a Sunday Brunch Wedding (ceremony starting @ noon) and we will be having a catered brunch following. Our brunch does include a mimosa bar (juice and champagne or one or the other for those who choose), but we are butting heads on whether or not we should have wine & beer as well, since it is a Sunday, earlier in the day. I think we should (after reading tons of WW posts) but FH thinks it's unnecessary. I will add our wedding only has 55 people, most of which don't/won't drink on Sunday's anyways or don't drink period. I am just concerned for those who do, and if a mimosa bar only would be considered improper hosting! I'm open to all help, opinions, and advice!

Also, happy humpday! Smiley smile

I would do mimosas and beer, and maybe bloody Mary's? That's like four drink options. Screwdrivers, mimosas, beer, and beer+Bloody Mary mix (haven't tried but people say it's good)

Personally I'm more of a Bloody Mary or screwdriver person.

I would either add wine and beer or just have wine and beer and no mimosas if you can’t afford both. I like mimosas better but I think beer and wine is more likely to appeal to more people...

Could you add something like a bloody marry? Not everyone likes mimosas, so you might want at least another option. Beer in wine is fine. Noon isn't super early, so I think beer and wine is a nice option.

Out of curiosity, how did your wedding turn out? Like you, I am having a brunch wedding (ceremony at 11:30) and we are serving chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, country potatoes, bacon, ham and cheese quiche, donuts, and fruit. I'm currently planning on mimosas, red wine sangria, and one or two beers. Both sides either drink very little or not at all with a few exceptions (younger siblings aged 21-25 haha). I'm not doing Bloody Mary's due to cost so I'm pretty set on our plan.
