Brunch / Morning Wedding TimeLine

I'd suggest asking your photog how long they need for first looks and what time they would say to take them – that should help at least organize around your morning a bit more once you factor in time to get ready and transportation and all.

As my wedding is further away than yours, so far all I know is that we are having a "first look," 11 am ceremony, 12-4 brunch reception. Here are a couple of links I was checking out to help me think about the timeline:

We're having a brunch reception (ceremony starts at 11:00), and the timeline has been the hardest part for me, so I'm happy to help! Here's our rough timeline so far:

6:30-9:30-girls get ready (hair/make up), boys get ready and head to venue at 9:00 to help set up.

9:30-10:15-girls to venue, I get dressed, photog arrives, groomsmen pics, bridesmaid pics if time

10:15-10:45-first look

11:00 invite time, 11:10 ceremony start.

11:40-12:40 Cocktail hour, majority of pics (family, bridal party)

12:45-1:00ish-bridal party entrance, buffet serving starts

After last table served-toasts

2:00ish-First dance, dad/daughter/mom/son dance

3:00ish-cake

3:45-send off

3:45-4:15, buffer of some extra time with photog just in case we didn't get enough portraits of the two of us.
