Brother and sister stand up together?

My FBIL and FSIL will be a groomsman and a bridesmaid.. Is it ok to have them stand up together or is that just weird and unheard of? Thanks!

    We are purposely matching a brother with a sister and two cousins together. I figured family would rather have pictures of those pairs than my brother with a random friend.

    I did that once with my brother. Just please be sure whoever does the intros knows brother sister no husband wife (If they have the same last name) we were introduced as Mr & Mrs. Half the guests roared in laughter and drowned out the rest of the intros.
